也就是因為這樣

相對維持她純淨的風貌

普卡海灘也被譯成為雅泊海灘（Yapak Beach）

位於長灘島西北部海岸

面對著Carabao島

它是長灘島的第二大海灘

以閃亮的普卡貝殼聞名

這些貝殼在上世紀七八十年代是風行一時的飾物原料

收集貝殼是當時島上的主要產業

至今還可以看到沙灘上普卡貝殼堆留下的痕跡

長灘島最大的特色就是它的白灘，這個海灘長達4公里，全部由白色，粉末狀的細沙組成，多次被各種旅行組織評價為世界上最好的海灘。白灘的第二個特點是，海水清澈，並且坡度很緩和，進入海中走50米，海水也只會到達你的腰部，不管你游泳水準如何，都會讓你玩的異常盡興！
(網友提醒：去海島游泳，一般都建議上午去，因為中午後就太熱了，1點到3點間適合休息，然後傍晚去當地逛逛街什麼的，大家可千萬別反過來走，別上午去逛街，下午去游泳什麼的....) 。
